Assistant to the CEO
Covenant Christian High School (Indianapolis) seeks a committed Christian educator to fill the full-time Assistant to the CEO position beginning early summer of 2017.
The Assistant to the CEO candidates will be highly relational and organized, capable of managing specific projects in a highly frequented office space. Qualified candidates will be superb stewards of information, especially in connecting the CEO to advancement relationships and managing board meeting coordination and information archiving.
The Assistant to the CEO’s primary role is to support the CEO by managing his work calendar, coordinating meetings with the board of trustees, and taking minutes for board meetings. This role also assists in front office duties, such as answering phones, taking attendance, and otherwise supporting our lead Administrative Assistant. The Assistant to the CEO may also serve as the ACSI accreditation secretary during reaccreditation years.
A bachelor's degree and/or significant experience in a related field is desired.
