There is only one main character in this grand story of life. All other stories point to Him. Some stories make us question things. Some make us laugh. Some make us cry. And some make us consider something bigger than ourselves.
Covenant Theatre exists to tell stories that are diverse in plot, characters, and setting . . . and each of them reveal Truth in ways we may not have thought before. From simple sketches in Drama Club to elaborate scenes in our productions, students have the opportunity to develop their passion and skill and to learn to honor their Creator, the Storyteller, with their gifts.
Covenant Theatre traditionally alternates between a play and a musical each year. During the 2015-16 school year, we began presenting a fall play and a February musical. We hope to continue this each year. Agatha Christie's The Mousetrap was our Fall Play in September 2016. Our musical, An Evening with the Characters of Pride & Prejudice, is scheduled for February 16-18, 2017.
Advance ticket sales open January 19, 2017, at covenantchristian.org/theatre-tickets for Pride & Prejudice. Reserved seating only.

Some students would love to be involved in our theatre productions, but due to other responsibilities, are unable to do so. Our Drama Club provides them that opportunity. We will meet after school during off-production times - learning new methods, honing their skills and rehearsing for performances throughout the year.
