RE: 2017-2018 Automatic Re-Enrollment
Dear Returning Families,
For the 2017-2018 school year, Covenant is transitioning to an automatic re-enrollment system for current students. On February 15, your freshman, sophomore, or junior was automatically re-enrolled for the upcoming, 2017-2018 school year. There will be no fee or tuition deposit attached to this process.
While your student’s enrollment will be automatic, there are still a number of business and contractual agreements listed below that need to be completed.
- Updated personal information for student and family
- Updated emergency contact information
- Updated agreement to support and uphold Covenant’s principles, practices, and educational policies.
- Updated financial agreement including costs, payments plans, and responsibilities
- Updated student medical information
- Updated technology use policy
- Updated Gone Servin’ permission form
We will continue to use our current online enrollment system for you to complete the documents above by April 15 to secure and confirm your student’s place in their class. In similar fashion to the February 15 automatic re-enrollment, there will be no fee or tuition deposit associated with this document completion process. Your first tuition payment will be determined by the payment plan you select, when completing the financial agreement.
New for the 2017-2018 school year will be a 12-month payment plan beginning in June 2017 and running through May 2018. This new plan will be offered in addition to our previous plans: 11-months (July 2017–May 2018), 10-months (August 2017–May 2018), Semester Payments (due July 15, 2017 and January 15, 2018), and Single Payment (due July 15, 2017).
Watch for more information in the Warrior Weekly and other communication channels as these dates approach. Thank you for your continued commitment to a Christ-centered education here at Covenant.
