How to Apply to Covenant

STEP ONE: Complete online application

Click here and either login with your existing account or create a new account then complete the application form.

STEP TWO: Submit grades or transcripts

Grades from the current year and the previous year are required.

We realize that official quarter/semester grades for this current school year may not have been released to families yet. A PDF copy of your school’s parent online grade portal (RenWeb, MySchool, Blackbaud, etc.) will suffice for the time being.

Transfer students must submit their current transcripts instead of current grades.

STEP THREE: Provide two references

Teacher Reference
(select one of student’s current teachers)

Spiritual Mentor Reference
(choose any leader at your church)

Other references can certainly be helpful, but are not required for application.

STEP FOUR: Submit standardized test scores

We ask that you submit any standardized test scores which may include NWEA or equivalent.

STEP FIVE: Submit supplemental paperwork

Submit the following (if applicable):

  • ISP
  • Accommodations Paperwork
  • Custody Information

STEP SIX: Wait for interview to be scheduled

Upon receipt of the required documentation, Covenant will contact your family to schedule an interview.  Here we get a chance to meet you face to face and answer any questions you may have.
