What is ONE CARD?
ONE CARD is a pre-paid cashless program for students to pay for various items throughout Covenant. Things like lunch items, DECA club snacks, Bookstore items, Concession items at Covenant athletic events and more. ONE CARD is totally optional for families to use and can be installed and launched from inside your Covenant Connect app, downloaded to your phone from the AppStore or Google Play store.
ONE CARD allows parents to pre-load funds in $25 increments on their student’s account. As the student uses their ONE CARD for purchases, both the student and the parent can monitor what each transaction was for and the balance left on their ONE CARD. Funding a student’s ONE CARD is a simple process right in the Covenant Connect App as well.
The goal of ONE CARD is to make it easy for families to manage small, everyday expenses at Covenant. Again, ONE CARD is available to existing students and their parents / guardians only.
How to Set Up ONE CARD
Here’s a short video that walks you through how to set up your student’s ONE CARD account.
STEP ONE: Download the latest version of the Covenant Connect app from the AppStore or Google Play Store.
STEP TWO: Fill out the registration form below. A staff member at Covenant will confirm your identity for security purposes and set up your account.
STEP THREE: Fund your student’s account right instead the Covenant Connect app.
STEP FOUR: Student shows their unique ONE CARD to staff to make purchases at Covenant.
