Beyond Sports and Performing Arts

There are many wonderful opportunities for students at Covenant to expand their interests.

ART CLUB

The National Art Honor Society strives to aid members in attaining the highest standards in art, and to bring art education to the attention of the school and community.

DECA

DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe.

MATH CLUB

A group for math enthusiasts who enjoy solving challenging problems along with fellow math enthusiasts. We participate in several math contests throughout the year.

ROCKET TEAM

Our Rocket Team is part of the The American Rocketry Challenge (TARC), the world’s largest student rocket contest. 

THEATRE

A club for supervised creative theatre activities, exposing students to different aspects of theatre including impromptu skits, costume design, set design, props and tech crew.

WRITERS CLUB

A collaborative community for writers of all ages, experiences, and interests. We meet to share our struggles and successes, improve our writing, and play games to stimulate the author inside all of us.

VEX ROBOTICS

This is the ultimate STEM activity! Work with a team to create an engineering challenge in the form of a game, using the VEX Robotics Design System. They complete each year.

STUDENT DIVERSITY

The club focuses on ways to identify, debate, address, and propose solutions to important social issues of the day.

NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY

More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to recognize and encourage students to demonstrate excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. 

DANCE CLUB

Students will learn basic dance techniques and terminology of various dances and styles which may include: Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, and Broadway. 

CHESS CLUB

This is a club for chess enthusiasts, as well as those who want to learn the game!

 

BOYS/GIRLS DISCIPLESHIP

Separate groups for boys and girls that encourages them to deepen and strengthen their relationship with Christ and each other.
