The 2025 Community Heart of Covenant Award

Celebrating Transformation Through Christ-Centered Excellence

The Community Heart of Covenant Award honors individuals whose lives and leadership exemplify Covenant Christian High School’s credo; celebrating excellence in minds being enlightened, hearts being inflamed, and lives being transformed through the faithful, Kingdom-focused work within Covenant Christian High School’s sphere of impact.

Drawn from Romans 12:2, this award recognizes those who model what it means to live a life transformed by Christ — grounded in truth, guided by love, and committed to Kingdom impact.

2025 Honoree: Dr. Drew Flamm

This year, we honor Dr. Drew Flamm, President of Grace College and Grace Theological Seminary, as the 2025 Community Heart of Covenant recipient.

Dr. Flamm exemplifies what it means to lead with humility, courage, and unwavering faith.

A devoted husband and father, Drew and his wife, Stephanie, live out their calling to love and welcome the vulnerable through both domestic and international adoption. Together with their three sons Jadon, Rihaan, and Bennett; they embody the heart of Christ in family and service.

Drew’s journey in Christian education has been a lifelong testimony of God’s preparation and purpose. From his upbringing in a Christian school, where his father served as Head of School, to his leadership today at Grace College, Drew’s life reflects a consistent pursuit of transformation through faith.

At Grace College, he has led remarkable growth and innovation — launching 3-year graduation tracks, strengthening donor partnerships, and expanding faith-based opportunities for Indiana students. Recently, Dr. Flamm and his team introduced a 30-credit Faith-Based College Credit Pathway, approved by Indiana’s Secretary of Education, Dr. Katie Jenner, allowing high school students to earn college credit in a Christ-centered environment.
